- Pineapple 500g
- Sugar 100g (add more as your desired)
- 1 pcs Cinnamon Stick
- 3 pcs Cloves
馅料作法:
切去黄梨皮,然后切成丁 ,放入搅拌机将它打烂,隔水。倒入锅里,加入糖、桂皮、丁香煮至浓稠,转小火继续煮至稍干,在黄梨馅煮至将干时,须不停搅拌以免烧焦.将黄梨馅煮至金黄色及干即可.离火待冷却备用。冷却黄梨果酱, 分成小份搓成小圆球备用.

Pineapple Cookies
- 100g butter
- 30g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 150g plain flour + 50g corn flour + 15g ptotato flour (sifted)
- 1 egg yolks (for glazing)
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar till light, add in egg yolk till well combined.
- Add in flour and mix till form a dough. Leave aside for 30 minutes
- Put dough into pineapple mould to pipe out (long strap), place pineapple filling at one end and roll up. Glaze with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in a pre-heated fan oven at 160ºC for 20 mins till golden
brown. - Remove from oven. Cool completely before storing.
